Highly recommended! The staff was so friendly & the beds were very comfortable.

Wifi doesn't work well in the rooms, and the ice machine was broken. The location is good, not too loud for the French Quarter.

It has been a year since my 87 year old Momma and I stayed at this lovely cottage, historic hotel but rarely does a day pass when I do not think about our stay 💙 Let me first say that Supervisor Kim, the head of housekeeping is a woman of her word with impeccable work ethic AND she genuinely cares. She made CERTAIN that any concern was immediately handled properly. She is friendly, warm and a reason to want to stay at this lovely, cozy, hospitable cottage inn. I literally booked with the kindest, calmest, most even keel man named Trey from the front desk the night before we were to arrive in New Orleans. All our needs were met. And our train arrived late but the front desk team was ready, waiting and willing and able to assist with luggage etc. And we loved our room. It had special accommodations for my mom.I could also immediately understand why this place was favorited by Tennessee Williams. We were so pleased with the quiet location,yet still in The Vieux Carre, the city where we were born and raised. Open your room door with a regular 🔑, enjoy the 2 pools, friendly cats outside and bring your own pet too! Cassidy was awesome too! Everyone making that place run was. Thank you for helping my mother and me make some of the best memories we made by simply being in a place quintessentially New Orleans. We cannot wait to come back. Much love. Highly recommend. Extremely mid — rooms are okay but linens are scratchy, and make sure to bring your own soaps & shampoos because what they have is very low quality. Great location, beautiful property, but not the best to actually sleep in.

Great service, great location. Rooms need better maintenance (e.g. our shower handle was pretty much falling off) but some of it is understandable due to the historical building. Parking is a nightmare and very expensive but they do make this clear when booking (even via third party booking site). We did our research beforehand and found alternatives, staff were also helpful in helping us talk through options.

So, many of the rooms are located adjacent and or across the street from the main hotel. This makes each of those rooms more unique. Ours seemed more like we rented our own cottage with the door right in the street. Courtyards are beautiful and all facilities are clean.

We loved our stay at Hotel St. Pierre. The location was perfect! The management was amazing, getting us a port-a-crib ready for us and upgrading us a a bigger, amazing room. We loved the pools. Will definitely come back!

There are alot of things wrong with this hotel and alot of things right. We booked this hotel for 5 nights and we only stayed for 3 nights. We arrived after midnight and escorted to our room where a couple of rats were having a drunken brawl in the bush outside our room. 🙃 The room was a shoe box very small and hard to get around each other. Which we stayed in the french quarter so we understand space and parking can be very limited. But the door to our room on the first floor was mostly glass with some blinds so not very good sound dampening or blocking out light. There are many places around the courtyard or pool to sit and have a cigarette and have conversations including right outside our room at 8am. We heard and smelled everything 🙃. Also there was Ai "art" in our room, which is honestly such a slap in the face. You walk anywhere in the quarter and there is art made by real people, real artist, your neighbors, your community and yet someone went to kinkos and paid to have a man playing a trumpet (??) with 7 fingers printed on canvas. 🙃 Location is great if you're looking to explore the quarter and be able to just walk back to the hotel after a late night out, it's also close enough to Rampart to be easily picked up by an Uber and far enough from Bourbon to not hear the late night. We got back pretty late Saturday night and were woken up around 2:30am by an extremely loud alarm in our room. We thought it was the fire alarm so we ran outside our room panicked and we were the only ones who had the alarm going off?? It was very alarming and scary and when we went to the front desk to see what that was about, the person at the desk was not super helpful said maybe it was a security alarm. (which makes no sense cause you don't get a key card you get regular keys to your room door) They wrote down our room number and said they would let the manager know in the morning. 🙃 No apologies no answers just an almost heart attack at 2am. By the third day the room started smelling kind of off? Like something had gone bad in the fridge but we had no food in there. Later that night we took a power nap before going back out and once we got up we found a huge cockroach on the floor in our room. Huge does not do it justice. We packed everything and left immediately. It was past 9pm when we left so only the night person was there, they gave us the managers card and we called them the next day to get a refund for our last night there. The manager was understanding and did refund the money for the last night. Overall I do not think we will book here again just because of the bugs, but the location is great and the manager was helpful. There are also two cats who live there named Nola and Callie they were both very sweet and kind but definitely retired.

Hotel St. Pierre was a great stay. The room was dated, but still good. The lobby was very clean and definitely updated. It's a quick walk to the entire French Quarter and short ride to any other districts. In all, if you're looking for a quiet stay, walking distance from fun, for a good price this is it.

We booked this hotel to celebrate our wedding night, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. A few hours before check-in, I brought a bottle of champagne and kindly asked if it could be placed in the room since we were celebrating our wedding. I assumed it would be kept cold, considering it’s a hotel and champagne is meant to be served chilled. I also asked if the room had champagne glasses and was told no. At check-in, the front desk employee also tried to charge me an extra $3 for an unexplained “adjustment,” which made no sense. Once in the room, things got even worse. The refrigerator did not work, the TV had no cable or internet service, and the mattress was honestly one of the most uncomfortable I’ve slept on in years. What should have been a very special night turned into a frustrating experience. The customer service lacked attention to detail and basic hospitality throughout our stay. Overall, booking this hotel for such an important occasion was a mistake.

I came here on my honeymoon completely by happy accident. It's a beautiful hotel complex consisting of 12 historic buildings connected by labyrinthine cobblestone walkways and hidden courtyards. It's in the french quarter but far enough from the chaos of Bourbon st for peace and quiet. I had a room in the most (supposedly) haunted building but it was totally fine. Any time i'm in new orleans i'll be staying here if I have a choice.
