Do. Not. Stay. Here. Bed bugs tore us up! Really hoping they didn’t come home with us. Never again.

This was the worst accommodation of all time. On the first night, they put us in a room that was only 4 square meters and located right next to the reception desk (the noise kept us from sleeping). They then moved us to room 304. We thought everything would finally be fine, but we were wrong. After 3 nights there, we discovered that there were bed bugs in the headboard and throughout the entire bed! We immediately wanted to resolve the situation. However, the manager replied that he had no spare room available (until the following night). We requested compensation, but they refused, and even after contacting them through Booking, nothing was resolved — they deliberately ignored the messages. We are reporting the whole situation to the New York health authorities! Unhelpful staff, dirt, bugs — a complete disaster and scammers.

Horrible! Pics are deceiving. Mold, windows did not lock. Fire escape right outside of the window. Sheets dirty. Walls dirty. No refund. We didn't stay there. Had to spend more money for a decent hotel.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Paying $200 for a room right next to the lobby was extremely disappointing—I couldn’t sleep at all because of the noise. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. There was hair still stuck to the shower wall, the pillows had stains on them. There wasn’t a single power outlet in the bathroom, no hair dryer. I would not recommend staying here.

Good, nice, and cheap. A modest hotel, comfortable for an overnight stay. In my case, I was assigned a room near reception, so the noise might bother some people. Overall, it's a good place to sleep and rest. It's worth the price. The location is amazing, near Time Squier. The staff is very friendly. The only problem was that our room wasn't ready despite the time we had specified. In conclusion, it's an ideal place to spend the night.

The location is great and the front staff is friendly, but that is it. Please note that if you are older and/or cannot walk up stairs, this place does not have an elevator. Check-in time was 3pm, I arrived at 4:30 from the airport…and the room was still not ready? The room smelled clean upon arrival, but the floors were actually not clean. The sheets were clearly dirty and stained, they made me itchy every single night and I would wake up with bites. I asked the front desk twice to ask housekeeping to leave me an iron, extra towels, and to kindly clean the floor. They left me ONE towel even though they had only left me 2 in the first place, the same dirty floor mat/towel for the bathroom but folded, made the bed, and took out the trash; but did not clean the floor or leave me an iron. The extra towel they left was the same texture as an old cleaning towel. They also did not enter the room the rest of the week because I still had no iron, no trash taken out, no bed made, nothing clean. Was so excited about my stay, but left with bites and questioning if there are news bugs, lice, or some other bugs in the sheet instead.
