Not really as advertised. Adequate. A lot of street noise, not good for night walking. Missing some promised amenities...nice beds tho. G9od water pressure.

Booked it via Amex Platinum benefits, you can use the $100 credit to offset the valet parking fee; no self-parking option. The valet gentlemen are all professional and nice! The front desk staff didn't notice I booked through Amex, so didn't tell me the benefits, which it's okay, I could tell it was a mess and busy when I checked in. The only thing I would strong recommend folks that are a light sleepers is to avoid this hotel or ask for rooms that are not facing the road. Our room is facing the road, and it gets noisy since ppl blasting music when they drive by, and there's a bar/pub across the street. Our room is at the 5th floor, probably higher floor will be a bit quieter? Unsure. I don't think there's anything else the hotel staff can do lol since it's not their fault, and they can't control who's going to open what business nearby. Just be careful when you book it, or ask a room not facing the road. We didn't ask, cuz they were fully booked and we didn't know the noise would be so unbearable. Me personally won't stay here again, just because of the noise and location. Lastly, the $12 market credit, they will charge you the sales tax anyway if you use it; they said they can't waive the sales tax. Then in this case, I dunno how they wipe out the parking tax using the $100 Amex credit, because based on their logic, they should still post the parking tax, and only credit me the $100 for non-tax items. Just check the receipt when you check out!

Great breakfast at Otto’s. The French toast on weekday menu is better than the weekend one.

The rooms were nice but the service was absolutely horrible, especially for that price. They don't clean the rooms everyday and the make you pay for things when they said it was complimentary. The waiters at the restaurant are disrespectful and the insane price doesn't even include breakfast, you have to pay 50 $ for it.

Don’t bother completing the post-stay survey. I responded, called the number provided, and even messaged Paul Daly after he twice asked for my feedback. No response or acknowledgment. Why ask for feedback if no one is listening? A week later & still no response.
