Hôtel Grand America

We had a great trip here. Hotel was spacious and clean. The hotel has great charm.Staff really attentive. The massage at the spa was excellent. The little coffee shop in the hotel was a big hit every morning for my family. Would highly recommend and visit again.

This hotel is very nice. It has a very old-world feel, but it is still very well-maintained. The location is convenient in downtown Salt Lake City, with easy access to shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There are A LOT of issues here. The billing is criminal. We have stayed in a lot of places and this hotel is not ethical. It is being run by people who abuse your credit card and charge you for things that you did not use nor buy. I do not recommend this hotel. It looks good but these looks are deceiving . Also, the bedding was stinky. The pillows smelled of halitosis from previous guests, they need to be retired. The comforter was the same way. Oh, and the rubberized or plasticized mattress pad was disgusting. You could not turn over in bed for the crunching of the plastic. We have never stayed anywhere where they use bedding for bedwetters.

The build quality of this hotel is insane! We really appreciated the attention to detail. We were on our honeymoon and they made it so special with tasty treats! Would absolutely go back, it was so worth it We walked to the Bayou restaurant, it’s close and the food was so good The pools were amazing, the food was amazing, the staff was so kind, and there’s a toy store in there that is so cool Our only note is that some of the giant vases around the hotel were not centered on the tables and our ocd brains couldn’t handle it
