Homewood Suites by Hilton SF Airport North

I would say for the price it was good, However they disappointed me when they handled my situation the way they did. I have 4 small children and got 2 rooms. One room was bigger than the other so we stayed most of the time in the bigger room. There was 2 incidents were the people below us did not like the noise, bagged in the ceiling with threat meanwhile first one was in the morning around 7am kids are taking and using their iPads. Second was dinner at before 9pm literally we were having dinner and we heard 2 loud banging from down below us. The sound of it felt like someone was gonna come and confront us. I told the front desk and they were not sympathetic. No apology and no remorse of any kind. The guy even said maybe your kids are loud? Like we were just eating! It was not even that late. So I had to move all my stuff to a deferent floor and I tell you my kids were scared. They asked if we needed to hide from the person below us. My kids wouldn’t want to go back and certainly I wouldn’t. The 3rd floor also are not updated, smells like weed in one of my rooms.

The room itself was spacious and having a kitchen was a nice feature, but it was very under-equipped—there were no utensils, cookware, or basic kitchen items aside from a single pot, which made it impractical to use. It was also difficult to reach the front desk, often requiring multiple calls before getting through. Additionally, I was charged an extra $20 for parking on my final bill, which was not disclosed at check-in. Greater transparency around fees would be appreciated.

We stayed one night, we had a digital key and I had directly spoke to the hotel about a late arrival! We arrived around 11:30 pm and was told we can go to our room!of course it was at the end of a long hallway and the digital key did not work! Went back down and was told that’s our room! Went back up and then a message appears that the room has a deadbolt from the inside! Back downstairs and they give us another room and again at the end of a hallway! And the hotel was 1/2 full! Room had mold in bathroom and appears to have had a leak! I couldn’t understand why they would put us in a room with mold and leaky ceiling when there were plenty and I mean plenty of available rooms!

Sebastian at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. I just wish I had stayed longer.

Very bad experience. It smells as soon as you get out of the elevator. Rooms are not clean, only 3 bad pillow, towel smelled, threads were coming out. Breakfast was horrible, some watered down scrambled eggs, not sure how you get scrambled eggs wrong so bad, we ended getting breakfast elsewhere. Never expected this from Hilton. STAY AWAY… Too many kinds running around too..

We stayed in San Francisco for 2 nights before flying to Hawaii, so for us, location worked great, close to airport and renting a car we could go to fisherman’s wharf, gg bridge in 30 mins. All receptionist at front desk were nice and helpful. They packed our last day breakfast as we had to leave super early for our flight

This place was chill, they serve a great breakfast. The staff had excellent customer service. I love the coffee in the lobby. That’s a brilliant idea. They have an indoor pool.

Nice for a quick stay, room size is okay with the kitchen option!
