Great weekend. Rooms spacious and clean. Loved the private yard with table and chairs. Tiki hut and entertainment was excellent. We will be back

Filthy! As to why, sand all over floor upon arrival, someone else's hair in sink drain. When we asked for room to be cleaned, only thing done was the bed. Garbage still in can, dirty coffee cups left in sink. Oh and dont use the vending machine on property! Got charged $17 for a $2 of water.. Additional no screens on 2 windows in room. Very lack luster!

Probably the best place to stay in Sarasota for a reasonable price. This place has everything you need: a heated pool for the family, regular pool just for adults, multiple fire pits so you don't have to share or wait for your turn, hammocks located around the property, tiki bar with delicious drinks, bike rental (included), beach towels, etc... the list goes on. You can hang out at the hotel all day and still feel like you have things to do. Staff is friendly. Great location without paying beachfront prices. The beach access may be difficult to see at first, but it is about 10-15 min walk or 5 min bike ride across the bridge slightly to your left across the street, with a small colored sign that says public beach access. It's a small corridor... Be careful if driving to the beach! Parking can be packed quickly and it's a 1 way in/out for the beach. As to hotel parking, never had an issue! Google maps will tell you to make a go around through the front. Instead, turn left at the blinking street light where there is a large sign of the hotel on the white wall, then make a right into the lot. Walking distance to Carrabba Grill (I don't recommend unless you are a fan). I don't recommend walking to the other restaurants in the area before the bridge due to the high volume of traffic on Tamiami Trail. Most FL drivers are not pedestrian friendly and will not watch out for you, so I suggest driving instead of walking anywhere where you have to cross Tamiami Trail. All beds are queen sized. I'm a petite person and my husband is twice my size. We had some trouble getting comfortable due to the lack of space but it's fine. Each room I think has a sofa bed, ours did, it's softer than the bed if that works for you. We got the courtyard suite so we had a small enclosed patio area for privacy which was great and perfect for drying our wet swimsuits and towels. Our room was mostly quiet until our new next door guest with kids arrived, and even then you would hear anything in the bathroom or certain areas of the room but not by the bed where imo it matters. It's in a good location: a Costco and large Asian market is about 10 min drive south, then Publix and World Market in about 5 min drive south, Grillmind is nearby too (delicious!! A must go!!), pizza joints, pho restaurant, a French bakery for breakfast (Must go!!! Get the almond croissant) about 5 min north. Marshalls, Ross, Nordstrom rack are in the Publix plaza. Hobby lobby isn't too far from Costco. FYI you need membership to use Costco and their gas station. We drove from South FL so being close to their gas station was awesome. There is probably a lot more good things at this place that I forgot to include in this review. I have previously stayed at close resort with a similar name by the beach and this one definitely is much better for less $$$. If you have difficulty walking or biking, there is a parking lot next to the beach access that you have to pay (There is always some available parking when we went on the weekdays). Definitely the spot to be when visiting Siesta Key.

It offers a unique experience reminiscent of the expansive tropical resorts nestled in a jungle, albeit in a more compact setting. The accommodations are generous, featuring larger-than-average hotel rooms equipped with a small full kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator. Our room also boasted a private fenced-in patio complete with a table and chairs, making it an ideal spot for enjoying the complimentary morning coffee. The property includes two swimming pools — one designated for families and the other for adults only. While the family pool is particularly inviting, it’s beneficial to have an adults-only option as well. There’s a charming tiki-style bar area on site, offering snacks for purchase, although room service is not available. An on-site restaurant would enhance the experience further. The grounds are adorned with palm trees and lush tropical vegetation, creating a serene environment. Ample free parking is available, along with complimentary bike rentals. Guests also benefit from free beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall, I recommend this place for anyone who appreciates a tropical setting. It offers excellent value for the price.

Everything about Fiesta Keys Resort was perfect! Location was great, rooms were clean and orivate courtyard was wonderful to enjoy after a long day at the beach or for a night cap before bed. Would definitely stay here again! Beach towels and beach chairs were available and wonderful addition to our stay!

We loved our stay. The rooms were cute and clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. All the guests we met felt like family. We will definitely be coming back.
