Caucasian man at the front desk gaslighted me and asked do I have a reservation then showed me a paper saying my name was not on it asked for my id gaslighted me throughout the whole interaction was very rude and hostile towards me asked me loudly why was I already checked in? I was looking for my id afterwards and notified him that I didn’t have it he proceeded very dismissive and showed no lack of concern told me to go behind the desk and watch the cameras he stated I put my Id in my pocket and I still didn’t find it he was very rude and shouted I’m not a liar and proceeded to slam the door in my face! Very disappointing as a POC traveling for healthcare work

Safe, Clean, Value, Location and Great staff.

Most of the staff was great, but the Owner/General Manager does not care about people. Somehow, a cat was living inside the bed in my room. The cat did not belong to me, and I have no idea how long it had been there. It urinated all over my clothing and inside my suitcase. The staff moved me to another room, but all they had available was not what I had booked. I asked about a credit, and was told the Owner/GM was the only person who could handle that. I asked for him to contact me, since he was never at the hotel while I was. He did not reach out, and I finally spotted him in the parking lot the day before I checked out. He said he was leaving and had no time to talk to me. He said his staff had never told him about my problem, and he would call me if I would leave my info with them. When I did so, they showed me all of the notes they had left for him. He blew me off, and I tried to reach out again and was told he would not do anything to offset the issues with my stay.

The location is excellent and that's the nicest thing I can say about this place. I understand that a budget hotel may not be the nicest, but it should be clean and safe. This was neither. Two key cards stopped working twice. Both times no ID was checked to confirm room number. The whole place was filthy including our room The bathroom sink looked like hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. The air conditioner was intermittent, as was the hot water and water pressure. The room was also weirdly humid with everything feeling damp constantly.

This has been the filthiest hotel I have ever been in. Don’t spend your money there it’s just so filthy I literally checked out early and came home. It’s dirty . Front desk service is horrible . Trust me don’t stay there.

I also don’t write too many reviews. I also have read the reviews on here and I concur with most. I am currently lying in a mold smelling room, dealing with a shower with virtually no pressure. I would seriously consider shutting this place down and doing a full overhaul. Black mold is probably everywhere and it is a major health hazard. I will be contacting the board of health tomorrow and an inspection will be forthcoming. Charging rates for these dump rooms is criminal.

There was remodeling going on but our room was clean I'm bad with names (but the young lady at the front desk wears braces) was awesome and anything we needed she helped even helped us order food pool was a little low on water grounds were clean with the exception of the garbage cans which needed to be emptied more often.

This place was awful. I brought a group of kids and we had 5 rooms total. Bed bugs in one (the kids had to be moved), alive roach in one, dead roach in one, mold, the popcorn was falling off the ceiling and it seemed either they didn't have a vacuum or no one cares... my room was fine. Parents were furious when they found out and now I am having repercussions at my work because I put their child "in unsafe conditions". So let's hope my school district has mercy on me because I would NEVER have chosen to put kids in a situation like this. And no, we couldn't switch hotels - not only were there no reasonable places with 5 rooms available, it wouldn't have even mattered because I did not have access to any funds to use to switch at 8pm on a Friday night.
