Arrived on site April 30th- rented room with pet deposit of 25.00 dollars a night refundable with inspection of room after check out. The total for the refundable deposit is 197.00. Which the manager who i just spoke with on the phone says they have a pet fee. We stayed for another 2 weeks, was never charged again for a "pet fee" the people at the front desk rolled the deposit into the next week's. Long story short the manager claims he is not paying out the refundable pet deposit. Staying at this hotel was very difficult with all the construction going on, the tv in the room didn't work, the coffee was hardly hot except for first thing in the morning, the sausage gravy was mostly water. The elevator didn't work the first day, the washer and dryer was broken half the stay and when we did wash clothes the washer leaked all over the floor, there was a heavy sewer smell in the hallway probably from all the construction, the trash on the ground was never picked up as there was a dirty diaper on the ground for basically the entire month. The pool was clean if YOU cleaned it. Our last night there was no hot water, mostly like from the construction during the day. Edit after owner responded Attempted to contact management about the deposit issue, I was basically told oh well. Will be contacting corporate head quarters this morning to see if they are more understanding than the manager (who is the owner and is on site every other day) about this pet deposit. Going to have to bring up the reservation for 3 days and got charged a crazy rate (double the normal) for one day as well. Shady things happening at this one. Health department might need a call on this too.

I’ve been staying at Sleep Inn on and off for a month for work. First week was not great. It is going through renovations so I had one of the older rooms & I didn’t feel comfortable but at the end of the day, all I needed was a comfy bed and a Nice shower. That’s what I got. With the changes happening, it is definitely looking and feeling better. Prices are still decent too! I’ve looked into other hotels and I just keep coming back here. The customer service is great. I want to thank Nancy for going above and beyond to make my stay a nice one. I will be back.

The rooms reek of dampness.
