Motel 6 Seattle, WA - Sea-Tac Airport South

Great price for a quick stay. No frills but clean and the staff were friendly.

We only stayed for one night but out of our whole time in Seattle n SeaTac area our one night here was spectacular 🙌. The front desk clerk was very helpful. I believe her name is Alisha, not sure if I spelled it right but she was top tier. She greeted us from the start, it was early morning. She got us checked in super early at no cost and even upgraded us to two beds which was a plus with a tall 19 year old n dog. She was very accommodating and we will return to this specific location again in the future. Thank you Alisha for making our stay comfortable and pleasant 🫶🫶🫶

It was decent the night manager had a good sense of humor. The room was nice. I had stayed in the same room prior to them turning it into a suite. I like that they have pots pans and dishes so you don't have to worry about either packing some or buying them. My only reason for not giving it a 5 star review is because of the price . I can pay for a deluxe room that has a mini fridge and microwave for 350 dollars cheaper than the suite. The only difference between the two rooms is a full size refrigerator a little sink and a 2 burner stove. I think that they should make the suite the premium room, then have the deluxe ,and last the standard. I would suggest only charging an additional 15 because when you get the deluxe you only pay and additional 3 dollars per.night.

Perfect stay, nice staff and great beds.

Never stay in their rooms so can’t say much about that but have been using their airport parking many times. Recently the service quality has gone way down. Shuffles not available and no indication or warning whatsoever. Most recent experience was even worse. Call the pick up number for 45 minutes either went to directly to voicemail or rang and no one picked up. Will not be using their airport parking service anymore, and I suggest you do the same!

Have a two night stay at Motel 6 SeaTac it was perfect great staff and the room was outstanding and located close to freeway

Shuttle service was 24 hours which was fantastic, rooms were nice and clean. Staff was extremely friendly.

Absolutely terrible experience. We parked here because we were told there would be an airport shuttle every hour, which is clearly a lie. We called at 10:30 asking where the shuttle was and were told it would arrive at 11:10. It didn’t show up until around 11:30 after we had already been standing outside freezing for AN HOUR. The most infuriating part is that they kept telling us “it’s coming, it’s coming” every single time we called instead of just being honest. If it’s delayed or not coming, then say that. Don’t keep people waiting outside in the cold wasting their time. We drove all the way from Vancouver already exhausted, had a small child with us, and my dad started getting chest pains from standing in the cold that long. Completely unacceptable and honestly dangerous. The customer service was ridiculous. The woman answering the phone was incredibly rude, giving dry one-word answers with an attitude the entire time. Then after 11 she straight up started ignoring our calls on purpose. Imagine paying for parking AND being promised a shuttle service just to get ghosted by the staff when you need help. We ended up having to pay extra for an Uber because we couldn’t trust them anymore. We weren’t able to get her name, but she has a red tattoo on her neck. This place is disrespectful, disorganized, and completely inconsiderate of customers. The place itself smells of urine and is poorly maintained. Honestly shocked it’s still operating. If you value your time, money, or basic human decency, DO NOT park here.
