Salon The Bottleneck

I am simply humbled by the excellent nature of this bar, every business in Seattle should run like this. The place is always clean, open and welcoming. There are always events to look forward to that seem to fit the autochthonous nature of our local community, specials for fun drinks, and a cozy environment to fully engage, or disconnect. The clientele is very on board with the nature of the establishment and one is sure to find a friendly connection on any occasion, something very precious in our city. I am particularly in awe of the amount of care, enthusiasm and professionalism infused by Tice and Todd into all the details that make this such a fun place to come and hang out at, their devotion is so palpable in how the bar is organized, how each customer is addressed and how each drink can be as utilitarian as you want it to be, or as exploratory as you're willing to allow; their inventiveness and resourcefulness reflects in the atmosphere itself, and one can see how much they care about this place. Tice is visibly very business savvy and always offering interesting combos for the the best bang for the buck, while satisfying the need in spontaneous unforeseen ways. I am just in love with how seamless the discipline of this establishment is expressed, while making it so fun to come and just be yourself; it is a dignifying experience surrounded by panache, in an unassuming, down to earth environment. This is the perfect example of how the people who pour their lives into their vocation propagate and channel something that feels more than a bar, and I could not be more grateful this place exists. Keep it up!

Best pizza in town baby!

Unbelievable cozy little nook of a bar - something for everyone, but the craftsmanship of the cocktails is straight out of a Michelin-starred speakeasy. This isn't just a watering hole, it's a labor of love. Thanks for being here!

A cute, intimate neighborhood bar, there was an open mic at the time that we were there. Including service and mood, everything was great!

I don't know why, and I don't know how, and I'm too afraid to ask, but the pizzas here are like, the best I've had around these parts. I'd take these over Mario's or Pizza mart or even Via Trib. Haven't found better in 6 years living here. How the hell do they casually knock out the best dough like that? Other pizza places should be embarrassed!

The vibe is so particularly curated that this is the best spot around. The menu is versatile enough that there is something for everyone, in any mood. Everything I’ve had here has been wonderful, the drinks, the food, THE PIZZA!! Bartenders are engaging, intentional, and care. Would highly recommend this spot!

This is a kind neighborhood bar! Cole always makes great drinks, and the food is so good, and the bar top regulars are pleasant and chatty.

Bottleneck has the best atmosphere for a bar in the area. Great drinks and service. There's always special events going on, so check their socials. Edit: They brought back pizza. Give it a try, it's worth it.

One of the nicest neighborhood bars I've ever visited. Both the patrons and the staff were pleasant and friendly. We visited early Saturday evening before things start popping off. They have a variety of community-led events like a fall chili cook off. If I lived nearby I'd visit quite often.
