Anjani was very helpful and pleasant to accommodate our needs

Anjani was EXTREMELY awesome!! They didn't originally have the room I requested, but the next morning, she was able to review things, make changes and changed my room very quickly. Every dealing I've had with her and the entire staff has been fantastic. I'll be back again, for sure!!

Awesome stay conventionally located to everything. Anjani was super helpful and amazing. Staff was super nice and helpful.

It’s fine. People seemed to enjoy the pool, proximity to the beach is great. Nothing terrible but not much good. Room was weirdly humid and I couldn’t get the AC to turn off. Breakfast was a bit sparse. Attempted to fix a miscommunication over invoice with staff and they acted like they couldn’t do anything without the manager.

the guy at the front desk was absolutely amazing and definitely deserves a raise. we called to have the trash removed from our room and even though thats not part of his role he didn't hesitate to help. he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. he was incredibly kind and made our experience even better. employees like him are definitely rare. had to tip him for his excellent service

Staff was great although there was a language barrier. They worked through that to give exemplary service. The room attendant on the 6th floor was very attentive to our needs and we traveled with 9 people. The price was reasonable for a hotel that was so close to the beach. Breakfast was a consistent staple every morning with enough variety to keep us happy.
