Seaport Resort and Marina

DO NOT STAY HERE. We paid nearly $400 for two nights and this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms were tiny, outdated, and honestly just gross. The bathroom was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly deep-cleaned in a long time. For the price they charge, the condition of the rooms is completely unacceptable. What really pushed this review from disappointing to infuriating was the lack of accessibility. The resort advertises handicap parking and even has a handicap lift at the pool, yet there is NO ELEVATOR. How does that make any sense? Accessibility shouldn’t stop at the parking lot. To make matters worse, we were part of a wedding block and couldn’t even find parking because the hotel allowed attendees from another event to take over the entire lot. Apparently people coming to get drunk at a separate event were given priority over paying hotel guests. After driving all day and paying premium prices, we were left scrambling for parking. The location is the only thing this place has going for it. Everything else was overpriced, poorly maintained, and poorly managed. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

I was asked to give a review before checking into room for a discount so I did. While I was at event outside they went into my room removed all my personal items after I checked in a paid saying room was unavailable they apologized said it was a mistake. I went back to room the smell was unbearable the room was filed with mold I could not sleep there I left front desk said we do not know anything about that so I took a photo of mold in bathroom and they are giving me a hard time to refund my money said we have to talk to manager but when I called supposedly it was the many saying he’ll give me half my money I said no I want full refund or health dept will be called kids stay here not healthy now I’m being avoided as a current customer or anyone for that matter should not be treated like this plus I’ve added picture of mold and they will continue to hear from me until I get refunded back full amount and they do something about the mold!!

Only go to see bands in the back , near the water , under the tent. A bit pricey and service could be a bit more organized.

The lady behind the desk was very helpful with checking me in and timely manner. Was very helpful over the phone and in person at the desk. Top notch service

I reserved a room and i was “encouaged” by the receptionist to accept a different room that was not for handicapped at a higher price “with a view”. The room turned out to overlook the parking lot and literal garbage dump. So in the morning i asked for the cheaper room. What a surprise to find out that there was not any cheaper rooms, the “5 handicapped rooms” were all taken, but she could give me a double bed for a higher price. Not impressed! By chance two days later i overheard the same receptionist offer the double room to a man for the price she offered to me (without taxes). When he said that was too much, she lowered the price by $50 a night. Again, not impressed with your wheeling & dealing. The rooms are comfortable and clean but the service leaves me guessing: how they do business

Stay here if you don’t like AC, clean beds or access to water. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Hampton Inn 1 miles away.

I stay at a hotel at least once a week for work. I ended up at Seaport because the reviews seemed promising. I lasted all of 3 hours here. The air conditioner refused to get the room below 75, and kept shutting off. When I showed the front desk clerk, I was told derisively "that's how they all are". No offer to try another room, or fix the AC. The rooms are pretty beat up and dated. Was probably a nice place 30 years ago. Not any more. The view of the marina is nice, though.

Very dated property. There was a band playing in the parking lot until 10 pm, it definitely disrupted sleeping. The staff was friendly. I wouldn't stay here again.

We had a private, outdoor party there. The service, food and drinks were excellent. Really nice location, right on the water.

Comfortable bathroom! Beautiful location!

Room was clean. No issues with noise. Booked on the hotel site but the front desk was unable to locate the reservation when we checked in. They resolved the issue and matched the price on my confirmation. Thankfully I had that information with me at check in. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone that has issues with steps as there is no elevator and several short flights of steps. My husband and I had real issues just getting our stuff to our room.
