Delaware HIV Consortium

The Delaware HIV Consortium is a nonprofit founded in 1991, with offices on West 10th Street in downtown Wilmington. It coordinates HIV services across the state: medical case management, housing assistance for people living with HIV, transportation, testing and prevention work, and community planning. It is a service agency rather than a drop-in social space, so call or check delawarehiv.org before turning up, and ask about testing locations and current programmes. For visitors, it is the most direct route to HIV-related support or referrals anywhere in Delaware.
