Stromovka Park

Stromovka is a large park in the Holesovice district, about 15 minutes from the Old Town by tram. It has had a gay cruising reputation for years, with activity concentrated in the wooded sections away from the main paths. The park is popular for general use during the day, with joggers, cyclists, and families. Cruising activity is more prevalent in the quieter wooded areas, particularly in the late afternoon and evenings.

The park is flat and well-connected by public transport. Trams run close by, and it is a manageable distance to walk from Vinohrady. Be aware that this is a public space with a range of users; discretion is expected and the area near the main paths stays busy throughout the day.

Letna Park

Letna Park sits on a plateau above the river, on the edge of the Letna and Holesovice districts. It has a gay cruising reputation particularly in the wooded areas on the southern and western edges of the park. The park has good city views and is used by locals throughout the day. Cruising activity concentrates in the less-trafficked wooded sections.

Letna is walkable from Vinohrady, crossing the river. It is also accessible by tram. Like Stromovka, it is a general public space and the usual expectations around discretion apply.

Indoor venues

The gay saunas in Prague are the more structured indoor option and offer good value. Some also have dedicated darkroom or cruising areas alongside the sauna facilities. These are a more predictable and private environment than outdoor spots, and the prices are low by European standards.
