LGBTQIA+ inclusion at work: DEI network event

The annual DEI Network event on LGBTQIA+ inclusion at work returns on Wednesday, November 18, 2026. The event is a collaboration between Bi+ Nederland and FNV Netwerk Regenboog and takes place at the Centraal Vakbondshuis FNV in Utrecht. The event is intended for DEI professionals, members of LGBTQIA+ networks, and other interested parties.
LGBTQIA+ employees face more challenges at work than other employees. It is therefore important that organizations and companies commit to LGBTQIA+ inclusion at work. General DEI or LGBTQIA+ broad approaches do not always work for all groups within the LGBTQIA+ community.
