Lovely hotel Rooms neat and tidy. Good value Only complaint u able to open window for air

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, but what truly makes it special is the exceptionally kind and friendly staff. I would especially like to thank Patrik at the reception. He was extremely cooperative and kind. On the first day, I realized that my reservation had been made for the wrong date. Patrik, together with his very kind colleague „ a very sympathetic young woman “at the reception, helped us quickly arrange a new booking. In addition, Patrik kindly organized the refund for my original reservation, which I truly appreciated. His professionalism and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this lovely hotel. The best aspect of the stay was definitely the warm, supportive, and sympathetic staff. Thank you very much, Patrik — the world needs more people like you!

Top hotel; our room was upgraded to a Sweet room free of charge. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and offers great gluten-free options. Everything is very clean and modernly furnished. The service is excellent. The location in the city is also good.

As described several times: Perfect location for a city trip (even if the occasional hashish fumes wafting from the coffee shop into the lobby are a matter of taste 😂). Our attic room was spotlessly clean and functionally furnished – a second chair would certainly have been nice. The view from the window wasn't great – but that wasn't important to us. The lighting was rather dim in the evenings, but that didn't bother us. That's all the criticism: The staff was incredibly friendly and competent, and the breakfast was classic and of good quality. We would definitely come back.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. 5 min walk from Grote Markt, nearby shops, restaurants, supermarket. Large, cozy room with many amenities and really quite. Very polite and helpful staff. Don' t forget to ask for room cleaning, otherwise it will take place every 2 days.

We celebrated our daughter's wedding at the hotel on Saturday, with a ceremony and everything. It was the first wedding held at the hotel, and thanks to excellent preparation, everything was perfect. Hats off and many thanks to the entire team.

A super nice, cozy hotel with very friendly staff and super comfortable rooms and beds! It's also within walking distance of the shopping streets, restaurants, and cafes. If you're there, I definitely wouldn't skip breakfast: from healthy to less healthy options, there's something for everyone!

We stayed with my family for one night. The family room is big enough also for friends etc. Its a lovely hotel in a good location . The staff were helpful and friendly

Beautiful, luxurious room with coffee and tea, and a refrigerator stocked with goodies. Wonderful beds. A fantastic double shower. The breakfast could have been a bit more extensive.
