About the venue
Sauna California is a gay sauna on Rue de Léon, near Rennes railway station. It has run for years as a traditional French bathhouse spread over several floors, with a dry sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, video lounge and private cabins. The programme has been mostly gay, with some mixed or couples' nights…
“If you're into swinging or just curious, it's an interesting and pretty cool experience. Try to come on evenings with foam parties; it's busier then. Oh, and the staff is really cool too! P.S.: I can only speak for the mixed-gender nights.” — aymerick jublin, Google
“I stopped by on a Tuesday for the mixed-gender day. It was a complete success. Thank you to Fabrice for his warm welcome on my first visit, and thank you to the couple with whom I had a delightful time. It's a shame I wasn't in Rennes. I'll be back again soon.” — See Usens, Google
