Maori is a seafront bar on Triq il-Lanca in Il-Fossa, the small inlet below Fort St Elmo at the tip of Valletta. It takes its name from HMS Maori, the WWII destroyer whose wreck lies in the bay just offshore, so divers are a regular sight from the terrace…
