Led by a centre support worker, this session provides a safe, confidential space where you can talk about anything that’s on your mind, seek advice, or simply connect with others who understand your experiences. Whether you’re looking for emotional support, information on resources, or just a friendly chat, this is a welcoming environment for everyone.
Do I need to book?: No, drop-ins welcome.
How to access the building?: Please enter via the Voluntary Action Leicestershire reception on Newarke Street.
