O Y.O.L.O (You Only Live Once) é amplamente descrito como o único bar exclusivamente gay em Creta. Ele não fica na cidade de Heraklion em si, mas a cerca de 25 km a leste, na cidade turística de Hersonissos (Limani Chersonisou), a uma curta e fácil viagem de táxi ou ônibus pela costa norte. Don't miss this place! Great atmosphere, and Jerry (the owner) was really welcoming, friendly and always up for a chat. The music was also great, with customers able to request songs to be put on, and it was just overall a very fun and comfortable environment. You know it's good when you visit somewhere on holiday and instantly note that you should come back the next time you're in the area - you know it's great when you go back again before your holiday's even over!
