O OutFest Philadelphia é o festival anual LGBTQ+ de cinema da cidade, em outubro, em salas de Center City e da Gayborhood. Como um dos festivais queer de cinema em atividade mais longa da Costa Leste, o OutFest reúne longas, documentários e curtas de cineastas dos EUA e do exterior, com seleção que vai de aquisições de festivais comerciais a trabalhos experimentais e comunitários que não teriam outra plataforma na cidade. O festival é guiado pela curadoria — as escolhas refletem inteligência editorial e não uma lógica comercial — e inclui programa de debates, Q&As com cineastas e eventos comunitários ao lado das sessões. As sessões acontecem no Philadelphia Film Centre e em casas parceiras da Gayborhood.
