The reception staff were very friendly, the location was good, the price was good, and (very importantly) the bed was comfortable, with a small shelf and power outlet near the bed for essentials. The only downstairs were a bit awkward to get to the bed, but that's the case everywhere; sleeping downstairs is much better, haha.

The service was truly awful. My experience was terrible; the room was dirty. I suggested they clean it, and the manager came with the cleaning lady, who was obviously angry with me. It was uncomfortable to be in that situation. All criticism is constructive, meant to improve things, but it seems that wasn't the case here. Afterward, the cleaning lady glared at me angrily and made snide remarks about my complaint. In short, I don't recommend it.

It's terrible that you have to wait until 2:00 PM to check in, but checking out is quick.

My stay was short, but I want to highlight their friendliness, reasonable price, great location, and activity suggestions. Thank you so much, I'll be back soon. Greetings from Mendoza 👋
