Don't waste your time. They have no desire to rent you a room. It seems they're doing incredibly well despite the economic crisis the country is going through. I've been trying to call since this morning, but they don't answer, nor do they reply to WhatsApp messages. Then I come here to read the reviews and think, "Thank goodness I didn't rent to them," because all the reviews are terrible. I wouldn't go there even if they gave me the place for free.
Unfortunately, this hotel disappointed us. We traveled with a colleague from our organization to give a talk on innovation, traveling from Tokyo and Boston respectively. Given the short stay, we decided to stay here. Without meaning to boast that we always fly first class, we have stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel and the Alvear Palace Hotel many times, but upon arriving at this hotel, the receptionist, named Victoria, did not greet us, did not even make eye contact, and when she asked for our full name, she asked again, clearly annoyed until she saw it in the passports . She was also in a bad mood with other guests. I don't think she speaks English, and I suspect she's unaware that in other countries people often have only one first and last name. We paid for the most expensive room, and while it was not bad, it had water leaks. I feel for the other receptionists who were very kind, but this is far from being even a 2-star hotel. About Victoria, perhaps her salary is very low and she works long hours, or she is going through a rough patch, but she should not take it out on the guests. We don't recommend this hotel.
The hotel is very welcoming, the reception staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! We had a fantastic stay, and the service was excellent! Highly recommend!
We stayed from June 17th to 21st. Excellent place. Very good service from the staff. Cleaning every day. All the room amenities worked perfectly. We were able to store our luggage after our stay without any problems. This hotel is a real gem.
Lovely hotel, quite modern. Adults only, ideal for couples. The hot tub could fit two people, everything worked perfectly.
It's a good hotel; we stayed 3 nights. It has a great location near Palermo Shopping Mall and several restaurants and shops, in a quiet area for exploring. The room was great, with a large bed, a jacuzzi, music controls, air conditioning, and both regular and colored lighting for ambiance. Recommended for couples.
