We returned last night from Buenos Aires after a 10-day stay at the hotel we first visited last year. Its location, comfort, attentive staff, generous breakfast, and Martin's helpful directions for getting around the city make us want to return soon!

I went yesterday, and the night, including the spa, cost $520,000. May 2025 All the advertisements and recommendations are lies; there are no discounts, no promotions. The real price for a couple is $520,000.

BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I WENT WITH MY PARTNER ON AUGUST 23RD, AND TODAY, OCTOBER 12TH, OUR CARD SHOWS A CHARGE OF $390,000 (THE ONLY PLACE WE LEFT OUR PHYSICAL CARD SO FAR THIS YEAR WAS AT THIS HOTEL). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL, AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Today, May 13, 2026, I checked the reviews and they are still doing the SAME thing with people's card information!! Stop stealing from people, you low-class scammers. You are disgusting.

TERRIBLE SERVICE I stayed for 3 nights, showered with ICE-COLD water, complained to reception multiple times, and their response was that "I showered with very hot water." They offered no solution. At checkout, they charged me for a stain on a towel (residue from my hair dye). I've stayed in 5-star hotels around the world and they've never done anything like this to me. A DISGRACE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND I WILL NEVER RETURN.

Absolutely a 10/10. The customer service is exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it; they're very generous with their offerings, and everything is done exceptionally well. We absolutely loved Leonardo; he made our experience fantastic. Thank you!
