DON'T GO! 1) They rip you off. You pay online, arrive, and they charge you an extra percentage. 2) They sell you room service breakfast, and ten minutes before it's supposed to be served, they stop taking orders, and when the time is up, they tell you they're finished. 3) There's one employee (Agustin, very friendly), but the rest are a disaster: terrible service, unwilling to help, rude and aggressive, and impatient. 4) One of the pillows smelled like cigarettes. 5) All the elevators are occupied by staff members who won't let you in. 6) I booked a suite with a terrace, and they told me that because of the inconvenience, they would give me a better one, but they gave me one without a terrace. 7) The minibar is expensive and small, and the room service line doesn't answer. A RIP-OFF
Gisel's massages were very good, and Leo's service was friendly.
Excellent option in the beautiful Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires, near a very beautiful park.
