Very friendly service and a very interesting hotel structure, with a sauna and swimming pool and a good breakfast. However, there is a noticeable lack of more adequate maintenance of the elevator and paint details in the rooms (due to the steam from the hot water in the windowless bathrooms, it causes some mold on the ceilings). Overall, it deserves a score of 8 to 8.5, being among the 30 most outstanding hotels in BSA. But it deserves this maintenance attention to further improve the experience.

This is NOTHING like shown online. Photos on their website look charming. This room has NO charm, is over-perfumery and sparse, and the lighting is either hospital bright or too dim to read in. Actual dirt in the bidet. Yes, there is water pressure in the shower, but it is at fire hose-level. I've never seen anything like it. It would knock down a child or frail elderly person. No shower gel. Small. Scratchy towels. The bed is acceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
