Excellent place, highly recommended. I traveled from Misiones to get there; it's not too far from the Movistar store. You have everything nearby and plenty of tourist attractions to explore. I had the chance to speak with the owner. He's a wonderful person.

To be honest, we expected more. The room is quite run-down and doesn't match the photos at all. There are significant damp stains and problems with the amenities. Experience in the Floreal Ruiz room.

Clean and very quiet! Excellent location in a super peaceful neighborhood. Everything from a pharmacy to supermarkets is within two or three blocks. We met the owner, who was incredibly friendly. We were checking out at 10 am and had a flight at 11 pm, and they let us store our luggage until late. This is our second year staying here, and we have absolutely nothing bad to say. We'll definitely return every time we're in Buenos Aires.
