The hotel has everything you need. Good location, good internet, and the furniture is modern and comfortable. Spacious rooms. We got one "without a view," but we knew that beforehand. The breakfast buffet is good, varied, and the products are of good quality. It's not amazing, but for a complete breakfast in the comfort of the hotel, it's perfectly adequate.

Unfortunately, because I live nearby, I recommended this hotel to my visitors. It was impossible to sleep. They had to leave. The street vendors they allow on their own sidewalks are shouting obscenities at everyone entering or leaving. They sell horns and other products; you can't sleep because of the noise that the hotel staff themselves allow. It's an impossible area. Patio Olmos and the entire Amerian complex, with its restaurants and hotels that occupy most of these five corners, have ruined Nueva Córdoba. By allowing street vendors who hang flags in their trees, it's extremely unsafe for guests, and most importantly, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO SLEEP A BIT.

There's no mini-fridge in the room, it wastes water for 20 minutes, there's no hot water in the shower, and the noise from the heating makes it impossible to sleep. I've been coming to this hotel for work for three years now, and the decline in quality is noticeable. The bathroom sink is broken.
