Honestly, everything was beautiful. The cleanliness was perfect, the reception staff were incredibly helpful. We visited twice with our church from San Juan. The apartments were super comfortable (the beds, etc.). EXCELLENT SERVICE! 🤍 GOD BLESS YOU AND MAY YOU CONTINUE TO GROW!!

All the staff, from reception to housekeeping and kitchen, were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. They also made a thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated: since I'm vegan, they took the time to adapt my breakfast and bought almond milk and avocado especially for me. That level of attention and care made me feel very welcome. The private room was the perfect size, impeccably clean, and very well organized. Likewise, all the hostel facilities were in excellent condition: clean, tidy, and very well maintained. I want to thank the entire team for their warmth, friendliness, and professionalism. Thanks to you, I had a wonderful stay. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the city. 100% recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been traveling around the country for over 15 years and have visited more than 100 hostels. Without a doubt, this is the best of them all: a luxurious place, reasonably priced, with great service, and even the prices inside are reasonable! I hope they keep it up for a long time!
