Dear Hotel Huentala Team, There are trips that mark us because of the places we visit, but there are hotels that mark us because of the people we meet. My stay in Mendoza was absolutely wonderful, and the main reason for that was your impeccable welcome and unforgettable affection. You are not just incredible professionals, you are memory makers! I want to give a deeply special thank you to Maria at reception. What an extraordinary human being! From the first moment, her warm smile, her empathy, and her attention to every detail transformed our stay. She not only solved everything we needed with immense efficiency, but she did so with a soul and kindness that touched our hearts. The hotel is beautiful, the structure is fantastic, but your true brilliance comes from this human and generous service. Leaving Mendoza makes me nostalgic, but carrying the affection of Maria and the entire team in my memory makes it all worthwhile. Thank you so much for everything. You are simply incredible! We will certainly see each other again soon. With all my affection and admiration, Simone
The hotel is very well located, and sharing services with the Sheraton and Hualta makes it a very complete experience. It has a very good and reasonably priced pasta restaurant. The food at La Cabrera is excellent; the dishes are meant to be shared, so it's not expensive either. The Sheraton has the casino, and Hualta offers a free tasting menu every afternoon. The only downside is that it's an older hotel, and it shows in the hallways, lighting, decor, and rooms. But overall, it's very good.
Incredible service
A classic and one of the best in Mendoza
