Excellent 5-star hotel. Great location for winery tours or exploring the city. I took a walk from the hotel along Avenida del Libertador, past the park, and up to Cerro de la Gloria. It's very easy to get around from the hotel. The service is very good. The internet in my room was slow, but I mentioned it at reception and they resolved it immediately. The room was large and bright, with a beautiful view, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had a dispenser with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The body lotion was very good.
