Excellent service. The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower water was hot. It has a microwave and a mini-fridge. The area isn't great for walking. We didn't feel safe even in the sun.

Very nice. Great location. Excellent service! I would add: a small rug at the foot of the bed. And a slightly more varied breakfast. These aren't complaints, just ideas for improvement...

The place is clean and welcoming, and the price/quality ratio is excellent. Recommended.

A good hotel in terms of price, quality, and location. The room is small but adequate for a few days, and the breakfast, while basic, is tasty. It's a good option if you don't want to spend much and/or are traveling for work.

The experience was not good. We went for one night for work. We arrived, and although the area didn't seem the best (since we were unfamiliar with Rosario), we hesitated to stay. I visited the room, and it was completely freezing. At that moment, Naim's service wasn't the best, and since they wouldn't refund the 50% deposit, we decided to stay anyway. For the triple room, we requested a double bed and a single bed... there were three single beds. When we wanted to shower, there was NO HOT WATER OR WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER!!! (This was in the middle of May!). I had reserved parking, but I canceled it because they didn't tell me it was half a block away and subject to reception hours (after 11:30 PM, there's nobody there). It took us an hour and a half to warm up the freezing room with the air conditioning (heating and cooling). Ailin was very kind and tried to resolve the water issue, although obviously she couldn't fix it. In the morning, before breakfast, I mentioned the lack of water to the receptionist on duty, and she replied, "I'm aware of it, I'm very sorry." Upon returning, I filed a complaint by email, including a video of the shower without water, requesting a refund. After a trip, all you want is to shower and be warm in your room, which wasn't possible. Naim's response, on behalf of the hotel, was, "A refund won't be possible. I'm aware of the situation and we regret what happened. We understand if you don't choose us again." That's practically the same as saying, "We don't care AT ALL." Important note: they charge the balance before you even check into the room, so you have no right to complain. The place isn't ugly, but it's poorly managed, and Naim's service leaves much to be desired. His email response was extremely arrogant and indifferent. I wouldn't choose this place again due to their complete lack of empathy.

The rooms were fine, but at night there was no one at reception and the upstairs rooms were a mess - we didn't sleep at all - we didn't see breakfast because it wasn't until 8:30. If we'd spent a little more, we could have stayed in a hotel with many more amenities.
