I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, not only for its location and facilities, but also for the warmth and friendliness of its staff. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, and the Hummus restaurant offers exceptional service and quality. I would definitely return and recommend it without hesitation.

A very pleasant experience. Excellent facilities, spacious and very clean. It has a gym, dry and steam saunas, a swimming pool, restaurants, etc. And it's only a couple of blocks from the center. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel is located right in the city center, just steps from restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, and a bank. Unbeatable. I stayed in a triple room with three separate beds, so my opinion is based on that. The room is on the small side, but it's fine. The separation between the beds is perfect. However, storage space and the bathroom are an issue. They have the same closet as the double rooms, and it's not enough for three adults with winter clothes. The bathroom, being open-plan, has a built-in hairdryer, the only mirror with good lighting for makeup, and the only trash can, so using the bathroom requires some planning. The room has enough space to add a second trash can, a "normal" hairdryer that can be used in the bedroom, and replace the closet mirror with a conventional one. The large number of electrical outlets is appreciated. The breakfast service is adequate for the hotel's category, plentiful, and even includes mate! The lobby is spacious, the receptionists are friendly, as are the people in the breakfast room.

Excellent service, as were all the staff, who were very friendly. And the breakfast, heated pool, gym, spa, etc., were simply wonderful. We had to leave at 11:00 AM, and they let us stay until 2:00 PM without charging us a penny. Without a doubt, I would visit again (hopefully soon). Thank you so much!

Beautiful. Warm. I loved it. - We were there at the end of April 2026. Everything was great. If I return to Calafate, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent breakfast and the restaurant has spectacular food at very good prices. The only downside is that the pool is too cold. It's not really enjoyable.
