Visitors frequently praise the very clean, comfortable rooms and the exceptionally kind and helpful staff, with many appreciating the good value for money. A common complaint is the lack of guaranteed quiet hours for the shared kitchen facilities, and some rooms were noted as being cold and humid.

The staff very friendly and the place is very nice. Good value for money. We got a big discount because of the current situation in the country. The only thing we didn’t like is that the property doesn’t ensure the hours for using the kitchen. At 2am I woke up because there was somebody cooking… and washing dishes and stuff. In my experience most places with shared kitchens put the kitchen hours until 11pm so people can rest. That’s the only thing not granting the 5 star

April 2026 ~ I stayed with my partner. The room is very spacious, clean, and has a heater. The bathroom is private, but you access it from outside the room. They have a very practical dining/cooking area. The location is very good. The breakfast was acceptable. Very good value for money.

Nice hotel, harmonious and quiet. Our room had a private bathroom just for us, located outside the room. There was a kitchenette just for that floor, with a refrigerator, utensils, microwave, and an electric kettle which we used to make mate (a traditional South American infused drink), separate from the breakfast they provided in another area. The room was clean, with a TV, heating, and a pleasant, quiet atmosphere. It's also centrally located near the Hipermaxi supermarket and a multiplex cinema. They even stored our luggage for us. A lovely place with friendly people. 😊😊

The hotel was very helpful in accommodating some unique requirements I had. Their communication was clear, the service was extremely convenient, and everything ultimately went perfectly. I really appreciated their willingness to find a solution, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and flexible stay.
