It's the kind of place that transmits peace, comfort, and an immediate sense of well-being. The chalets are impeccable: spacious, very well-equipped, extremely clean, and with a charming décor that tastefully blends rustic and modern elements. Each space has been designed to provide comfort and privacy. The bed is huge and super comfortable, the shower is great, and the scent of wood and nature all around makes the stay even more special. Everything works perfectly, showing the owners' care and dedication. Breakfast is one of the highlights, complete, varied, and served with great care. Fresh bread, homemade cakes, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, natural juices, and typical delicacies from the Serra Gaúcha region, such as artisanal jams and incredible cucas (a type of German cake). Each item seems prepared as if it were for the owners' family, and that makes all the difference. The service is simply exemplary. The hosts and staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. They give excellent tips on wineries, restaurants, and tours in the region, and genuinely care about the well-being of their guests. It's the kind of hospitality that makes you feel at home, but with the comfort and beauty of the Serra Gaúcha. The location is also perfect: close to the main tourist attractions of Bento Gonçalves, such as the Vale dos Vinhedos (Wine Valley) and the Caminhos de Pedra (Stone Paths), but in a quiet area surrounded by nature. It's the ideal balance between practicality and tranquility. Another highlight is the attention to detail, from the soft scent of the sheets to the cozy lighting in the chalets at night. It's clear that everything has been planned to offer a complete experience of rest and enchantment. Wonderful accommodation, with personal and family-friendly service. Mr. Vital and the other staff welcome guests as if they were in their own home. I've been to Bento Gonçalves a few times, but now I've definitively found my home and will definitely return.

The service is excellent! The place is clean, organized, with a perfect structure and great security! The breakfast is delicious, and it's easy to find. We definitely recommend it and will return.

What a delightful experience we had at the Pousada! Rejane and Vital were exceptional in their welcome, care, and attention to us. The inn is blessed with a huge garden, bergamot trees, space for pets to play, many trees, parking, and a swimming pool! Ali's breakfast was sensational! Complete, fresh, a variety of cakes, freshly baked bread made by her, fruits, delicious scrambled eggs! Everything was delicious! Bed, pillows, and shower: excellent! What a fantastic experience! We will be back!
