I Am Design Hotel + Residence

I stayed at the hotel today for the first time and had an extremely negative experience with the reception service during check-out. Around 8 am, there were two attendants at the counter, but only one was actually assisting guests while the other, according to what I was told, was "just training." Even with a queue, delays, and guests waiting for quite some time, there was no initiative to expedite the process. After waiting for more than 15 minutes, I politely asked if the second employee could help with the check-out process to reduce the delay. The response was extremely rude and without any cordiality, saying that she "wasn't there to solve problems" and that she was only training the other employee. Besides the excessive delay, what stood out most was the completely unprepared attitude in dealing with customers. At no point was there an apology, empathy, or concern to minimize the negative experience. I have worked for many years in customer experience, and hospitality is, above all, about knowing how to deal with people and resolve situations cordially. Unfortunately, it was exactly the opposite of what I found here. Terrible customer service experience. I do not recommend it.

Disgusting noise of water, probably from the pool's recirculation system on the 11th floor. We moved to the 10th floor and it was still very loud. The least one expects from a hotel room is peace and quiet to sleep! The bed was mediocre, the room very basic. I'll never go back. Garbage!
