Fênix Hotel Campinas

I was very well attended to by all the staff. I even arrived 2 hours before check-in, but very promptly, as there was already a room of the type I had reserved available, they released it for me. Another point that was very good for me is that breakfast, even on Sundays, starts at 6:00 am. I needed to leave the hotel very early and even so I was able to eat and drink coffee before leaving. The cost-benefit of the hotel is very good. Only detail: in winter (when I stayed) perhaps the shower does not have a very pleasant water flow to maintain a hot water temperature.

I stayed at this hotel a month ago, lost my wedding ring (it fell under the bed and I forgot to pick it up). I returned for work yesterday and asked if they had found any of the rings. The answer was no, without even looking. I asked if they remembered, since it had been a month and they didn't even bother to check, they just denied it. Zero attention, terrible service, everything expensive at the hotel. Don't forget anything because if you do, it's too late. Unlike other hotels that return items immediately, they even send them by mail. Dishonest.

Excellent experience. The accommodation was very comfortable, everything was well organized and very clean. I was also very pleased with the food, which was of good quality. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and received excellent service. I recommend it.

Simply one of the worst lodging experiences in Campinas. We booked rooms for the entire team during an event, and the stay fell far short of expectations. The rooms were very noisy, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the shower was of poor quality, and there were practically no electrical outlets available in the room, which completely disrupted our work routine. In addition, the food served smelled spoiled, something extremely worrying and deserving of attention from health authorities. I leave this warning here for anyone researching accommodation: avoid this hotel to avoid the same trouble we did.

The hotel was decent, the receptionist was terrible, but the coffee was very good.

I am staying with my husband for the second time at this excellent place. Márcio, the parking is a bit pricey; it could be more affordable.
