Worst room I've ever stayed in. I know several Ibis hotels in Curitiba, Mercure hotels, but this Grand Mercure is unacceptable. The mattress was terrible, I could barely sleep, the pillows were of very poor quality, there was no soap in the shower stall, and there were no extra blankets. It was freezing cold in the middle of the night. The worst possible experience, worse than a 3-star hotel. The only thing that deserves praise was the divine breakfast. The chef deserves congratulations, everything was delicious and tasty. Everyone at the Garbo restaurant was extremely polite; they were the ones who saved this experience.

I absolutely loved it! Impeccable service, the rooms are incredible and cozy! Plus, the breakfast was perfect.
