Hotel Intercity Florianópolis

Very good, great place.

Cozy hotel, very friendly and attentive staff. We were very well received. They have a varied breakfast.

It seems the Intercity hotel chain has experienced a general decline in quality in Florianópolis/SC. Those interested can also see my other review of the Intercity Portofino. During my last stay, in March 2026, I noticed a decline, especially in cleanliness. Towels and duvets were dirty or stained. On Sunday, even after leaving a note on the door, the maid did not come to the room to clean. Furthermore, there was a night shift employee who was not very friendly. In contrast, I received excellent service in the morning. Overall, the hotel remains good, with a great location and renovated rooms, but it urgently needs to correct these cleaning flaws and improve the standardization of service.

Great experience

Simple, yet very functional hotel, located near the bus station and near the city center, and about 30 minutes away from the airport. The rooms are spacious and with a good bed and shower. There is a gym that is not large yet it is very functional. There are several attractions that are walking distance, and this is it's main advantage.
