Nilima Sheikh: Fractured Skies" at MoMA

MoMA presents the first New York solo exhibition of Indian artist Nilima Sheikh (b. 1945), organized in collaboration with the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art (KNMA), New Delhi. The exhibition brings together works produced in the last two decades, including a new series of paintings conceived specifically for the space, commissioned by KNMA and presented here for the first time, revealing the artist's visionary practice. The exhibition is curated by Cara Manes, MoMA, and Roobina Karode, KNMA, with assistance from Elizabeth Wickham and Avijna Bhattacharya.
