Angra Praia Hotel

Great stay! Excellent service, impeccable cleanliness, and a delicious breakfast. It's 1km from the beach, but the tranquility makes up for it. Special mention to Flávia: a polite and very attentive person with wonderful food. Her friendliness was one of the highlights of our stay. I recommend it!

The hotel's structure is good, and the staff service is excellent. Everyone is very attentive, friendly, and helpful. When we arrived, we were placed in room 201, which was, without a doubt, the worst room in the entire hotel. The bathroom was in very poor condition, looking abandoned and urgently needing renovation and maintenance. It was a terrible first impression. Fortunately, after our complaint, we were transferred to another room, far superior and more in line with the standard the hotel should offer. The breakfast is exactly the same every day, without any variety. The cakes are often left out for too long, always "drooling," on the verge of spoiling. Anyone who doesn't check before serving themselves risks consuming a product that is not in ideal condition for consumption. The dishes are almost always dirty, and the cutlery is embarrassingly presented. What really saves the breakfast is the tapioca, omelet, and couscous prepared to order, which are very good. Another point that deserves criticism is the flooring around the pool, which has an appearance of accumulated dirt and gives the impression that it hasn't been properly cleaned in a long time. Finally, I would like to emphasize again the quality of the staff, who are polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the same positive impression is not conveyed by the general manager, whose demeanor gives more the image of a grumpy guest than someone responsible for welcoming and serving customers. The hotel has potential and an excellent team, but it urgently needs to review maintenance, hygiene, and management issues, especially the conditions of room 201, which should not be made available to guests in its current state.

Reasonable location, close to the main shopping areas but far from the beach. Saves on daily rates but spends a lot on ride-sharing apps. Good room, except for room 201 (terrible). Poor cleanliness. It's disgusting to eat at breakfast; cutlery, glasses, plates, everything is dirty. Sour cake every day; I spent 10 days eating fruit and tapioca (the only good, fresh, and well-made thing at the hotel).

I liked the service from the staff, but I think that at least my room lacked maintenance. Furniture with rotten wood, broken shower stall, shower that sprayed water in various directions, the TV with a huge stain on the screen. Regarding the breakfast, I liked it, mainly because the lady makes omelets, couscous and tapioca to order. Location is a crucial point that can decide whether or not you stay there. If you want to go to the beach and don't mind walking almost 1km to Iracema/Meireles, it's worth it; otherwise, it's better to get a place closer to the beachfront.

The best breakfast in Fortaleza! I woke up happy because every day was a new adventure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, close to bars and restaurants with good music. Quiet neighborhood. Nice pool and view. The rooms were very basic, with no windows, a musty smell, no bedside table, and uncomfortable.

Everything was bad, I don't recommend it, I barely arrived and the impression is terrible.
