Many visitors praise the staff's kindness and helpfulness, with specific mention of Gerliane's excellent service. However, a recurring complaint is about the poor condition of the beds, described as uncomfortable and old, and some guests found the bathrooms to be dirty.

When I arrived (in the evening), there was no one at reception. I managed to get in because the key was in the front door. After two friends and I called for about three minutes and no one appeared, I decided to walk around a bit. I noticed that the first room had its door ajar and someone was sleeping in the bed. We called louder, and the receptionist came out of that room – meaning she was the one who was sleeping. We paid and were given the keys to the room... Incredibly, she put me in the room where someone had just slept... It was completely unclean. I entered the room, the pillowcase was yellow and dark, the bathroom had mosquitoes and cockroaches, the shower only had cold water and no partition separating it from the rest of the bathroom. In other words, you shower and water runs all over the bathroom (toilet and sink). There was a part of the room without a concrete slab, just some fiber cement tiles and pieces of plastic. When it rained, it sounded like someone was throwing stones. In addition, there were leaks that soaked all my clothes and my laptop bag. If that wasn't enough, breakfast consists only of bread, couscous (which is more like a brick it's so hard), cake, papaya, and melon. If you want eggs, you have to ask them to make them... Nothing else. I hope I never have to return to this inn.

I loved the inn and above all I adored the service, especially from Gerliane. She's a sweetheart. She greeted us at reception with so much kindness. I felt super at home. I'm already going to become a VIP guest! Haha

The service was very good, but the breakfast could be better.

Worst experience of my life. The bathroom was dirty, grimy, full of hair, and clearly hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest left. The mattresses are awful, hurting your back and shoulders. The sheets were dirty. The breakfast was also terrible, with greasy cups and plates. The melon was sour, and the coffee tasted burnt. NOT WORTH IT. The place could have been simple but clean, but attention to detail was nowhere to be found.
