Sauna Très Chic

A great environment, very spacious and, despite being under renovation, very clean, people of all ages, FREE OF GPs, the only downside was the dry sauna which was below 60°, but the owner assured me he would fix it. Worth every penny spent there. Next time I go and the dry sauna is above 60° I will give it 5 stars. Still, I highly recommend it!

I was at Sauna Três Chic on Sunday, January 5th, 2026, entering at 8:10 PM and staying until 9:40 PM. Upon leaving, I went to the reception to settle my bill and was displeased with the way the cashier responded to me. I was polite to him, but I was treated in a way that saddened me, seeing that there are people who don't know how to deal with customers. Due to the renovations, I didn't know exactly where the exit was because the door was closed. The cashier responded to me as follows: "(THE EXIT IS THROUGH THE SAME HOLE YOU ENTERED)." I found it strange that he spoke to me this way because I wasn't an animal, much less an armadillo. Good manners are important everywhere, and even more so when a business deals with people. The least they should do is thank me for my presence on the premises.

Always organized, everything very clean, pleasant place, young, elegant and sincere people.

The sauna is under renovation. The place was very dark. Dirty in certain areas due to the construction. It rained and flooded some parts. But upstairs everything was clean and organized and it was super hot! Bring condoms and lube, as they are sold separately in the sauna and are not provided free of charge. Good price, I thought it was reasonable. Easy access. I believe that when the renovation is finished it will be amazing! I had a great time and had a lot of fun lol

The new ACQUA SUL sauna is proving to be the best option and it even has a pool, DJ, and a relaxed atmosphere with a weekly program that includes bingo, karaoke, flashback music from the 70s, 80s and 90s, plus the bar is much more pleasant.

The manager does whatever he wants and doesn't respect anyone.

I went on Sunday, September 21st, 2025, and wasn't informed that the place was under renovation and completely unfit for operation. I even lost my ring there.

I've been going there for years. The sauna has fallen far behind! After the renovation it wasn't very nice, the bar and reception were as lethargic as always, and the dry sauna was cold! 99% of the clientele is over 50, they need to improve significantly to attract more people. Unfortunately, I changed saunas because this one is deplorable. Deplorable. :(

Unfortunately, Sauna Trés Chic seems to have dropped significantly in quality. After more than 5 years without visiting the place, I had a very disappointing experience. Service: The service at reception was terrible. I complained about the quality of a meat pie I ordered, which was cold and tasted reheated, and the attendant showed no concern. The pastry was so bad that I couldn't finish it. Furthermore, when leaving, I told the attendant what happened and she didn't even care or apologize on behalf of the company, which demonstrated a lack of commitment to the customer. The sauna is only offering 1 towel now, when it used to offer two! Facilities: The dry sauna was colder than ideal, which spoiled the experience. The only positive point was the steam sauna, which was working well. The upstairs area, which is under renovation, has changed a lot and I didn't like it. The place unfortunately doesn't compare to the quality I remembered. I will not return and will look for other options.

Although it was under renovation, it did not interfere with the service. Entrance fee 45 reais (Aug 2025), clean environment, fair price at the American bar, in my opinion I found the steam sauna very, very hot. Unfortunately, on the day I was there (Wednesday) there weren't many patrons.
