Hotel Buena Vista

Everything was very organized and spacious, impeccably clean, and the accommodations were great (bed, table, mini-fridge, shower, towels, everything was a 10/10). However, the hotel has a pool, and it was dirty and unusable!! This is a key factor when choosing a hotel location!! A hotel with a pool that you can't use?? And one more thing about breakfast!! The hot foods (eggs, sausage, sweet potato) were all cold!! They were in the pan meant to keep them warm or at least lukewarm, but they were cold!!

We stayed one night near the Goiânia shopping mall and clinics.

Unfortunately, the experience was the worst possible. We went to the MotoGP on the weekend of March 20-22, 2026. The prices charged were outrageous. More than R$4,000.00 for a room for 3 people per night. Upon entering the room, we were faced with unbearable mold. My daughter had an allergic reaction in her eyes with redness and itching. The room was dirty, the towels were very worn, not to mention the awful breakfast, with no options and no replenishment. A real mess. They charged an exorbitant amount without increasing the number of employees who worked exhausted, grumpy, without adequate preparation for cleaning the premises, profiting greatly from the high demand from guests.

The room was noisy, I couldn't sleep. I could hear everything from the next room, where people arrived in the middle of the night. The light from the hallway came in through the cracks in the side door, making the room bright. To make matters worse, the toilet wasn't flushing in the morning, there was no water in the sink, and no water to shower. There was a side window above the bathroom window and no curtain, completely eliminating privacy. I spoke to reception and no one came to solve the problem. Lamentable. I had to go back to reception and complain. I do not recommend it.

This was the worst service I've ever had at a hotel. I was truly dissatisfied with my experience at the Hotel Pousada Buena Vista, located at R. T-38, 259 - St. Bueno, Goiânia - GO, on today's date, March 16, 2026. Upon arriving at the hotel to check in, I was directed to a room that, unfortunately, was in inadequate condition for lodging. The walls were unfinished, with exposed plaster, and there were signs of construction work on the bed and table. I immediately returned to the reception and requested a room change, to which the attendant informed me that there were no other rooms available at the hotel. When I inquired about the possibility of changing to the following day, the attendant said yes, there would be availability. I then requested that the room be cleaned, as it was very dusty. While I was waiting, the chambermaid arrived and apparently communicated something to the hotel manager, who then declared, in a loud voice, that this was the only room available and that, if I was not satisfied, I should look for another hotel. At that moment, I identified myself and asked for the manager's name, who introduced himself as Ronaldo Araujo. And with that, I handed over the hotel card and went looking for another hotel, any one would be better than this kind of place.

I had the WORST hotel experience in Goiânia. Rooms with air conditioning that DOESN'T work and a COMPLETELY MOLDY BATHROOM CEILING. The night attendant was very unfriendly! I had a reservation for THREE PAID NIGHTS, but we left on the second day! We arrived on Tuesday at 5 PM and left the next day after breakfast! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

The ceiling was completely moldy, the bathroom window was broken (I had to shower looking into the bathroom next door, lol), the air conditioner was incredibly noisy and didn't cool properly. The TV remote never worked.

⭐ Complaint – Hotel Buena Vista Unfortunately, I had an extremely negative and embarrassing experience at the Hotel Buena Vista, caused exclusively by the conduct of the manager, Ronaldo. At the time of booking, it was clearly agreed (with a record on WhatsApp) that payment for the accommodation would be made upon checkout on Sunday. The stay was still in progress, therefore there was no outstanding payment. Even so, on Friday, the manager began demanding advance payment, breaching the agreement, and went so far as to threaten not to hand over/release the key to the team if payment was not made before the agreed deadline. This attitude: • constitutes a breach of contract; • constitutes an abusive practice, according to the Consumer Protection Code (article 39, V); • and caused undue embarrassment, including in front of my team, which is absolutely unacceptable in any commercial relationship. I would like to point out that this is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel: in October we stayed for more than a month, with payments made correctly, and we work in this same way at several hotels, always without problems. In other words, there is no history of non-payment whatsoever. The most serious issue is that, even after clarification, the manager insisted on the improper charge and maintained a pressure tactic, jeopardizing the continuation of our stay even before the agreed check-out date. It is regrettable to see a hotel compromise its image due to a lack of professionalism, breach of agreement, and disrespect for the consumer. I do not recommend it, especially for companies or teams that need security, predictability, and respect for agreements made. It is now 9:10 PM We are registering, through this message, our formal complaint regarding the conduct adopted by the Hotel Buena Vista today. The payment for the accommodation was duly settled today, as per the receipts. Even so, the team was prevented from accessing the rooms, despite a long journey that began around 6:00 AM, followed by a full day's work. We emphasize that the employees remained standing, without access to a bathroom, shower, or minimal rest, a situation that constitutes undignified, inhumane, and embarrassing treatment, causing physical, moral, and professional harm. It should be noted that there was a prior agreement, including records in WhatsApp conversations, regarding the method of payment and room access—a practice previously adopted in other stays, including in October, when we stayed for more than a month without any incident. Even so, the manager, Ronaldo, maintained his refusal, exposing the team to public embarrassment, which constitutes a serious failure in the provision of service, according to the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90, art. 14). We inform you that this record will be used as documentary evidence for appropriate legal action, including a claim for compensation for moral and material damages, due to the abusive conduct adopted by the establishment.
