The room is good, comfortable bed, okay shower, good breakfast! But for the price of almost 400 reais, the couple could have been even better. The TV in the room we stayed in didn't get Netflix, and since we went to relax and spend Valentine's Day... I thought it was a serious flaw! To try to solve it, they asked the maid to go to the room, she only tried some basic settings, turned off the LAN port and turned on the WAN port, and that was it! We also consumed 4 mineral waters, and one of them was leaking and wasn't used, we informed the reception and even so they charged for their own fault! So for the price charged, which is not cheap, I found these flaws absurd. Another thing, a hotel of this size should at least have coffee available to guests full-time, but it only has machine-made coffee priced at 4 reais!

Excellent value for money. The hotel is comfortable and well-maintained. It delivers what it promises. Good bed, good pillows. The TV is smart and has cable channels. The shower has strong water pressure and the water gets hot. The breakfast has good variety and quality. The parking is also good. In short: it's worth it.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Maione and I can say it's a great hotel! Airy rooms, very comfortable beds, clean environment... the breakfast is also excellent, but what stands out is the service; they are very, very kind and hospitable. They allowed early check-in due to surgery... they were helpful and attentive throughout my stay! I will definitely return and highly recommend it!
