This is a formal complaint regarding the conduct adopted by the NGO in relation to my attempts to access the services that you yourselves publicly advertise. According to the institutional website, the organization claims to operate in the areas of health, focusing on prevention and rights, and also in justice, including legal advice to LGBTI+ people. However, in practice, my experience was completely different from this proposal. In two attempts to contact you, seeking guidance and support within the scope clearly described by you, I received a refusal of service and a generic referral to other agencies, without any effective support or structured referral. This stance raises a critical point: what is, in fact, the operational role of the NGO, if there is no concrete delivery of the services that are widely advertised? Denying service, especially in a sensitive demand involving family vulnerability and the rights of an LGBTI+ person, not only contradicts the institutional position presented, but also compromises the credibility of the organization. Therefore, I request: Formal clarification on which legal services are actually provided by the NGO; Objective justification for the denial of service in the reported cases; Transparency regarding the criteria for screening and excluding requests; Review of institutional communication, if the services advertised do not correspond to the actual performance. I await your response.
