Dublê Hotel

My stay was very positive. I stayed for two days for work and received excellent service from beginning to end. The entire team was extremely attentive, polite, and helpful. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but even so, the experience met expectations. The rooms were of good quality, the air conditioning worked well, and the environment was comfortable for relaxing after work. I want to give special thanks for the help we received when my husband forgot a blazer at the bar/restaurant across from the hotel. The staff assisted us with great attention and care, even sending it via the postal service. This kind of service makes all the difference. I also want to highlight the breakfast, which was very good and well-served. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality, attention, and professionalism. We certainly recommend them.

The hotel is under renovation. The staff are helpful and kind. It has an ironing board and iron (which is very helpful). The location is very good, with a small supermarket across the street. Breakfast is served at 6:30 am; one day I needed to leave earlier and they made it possible to eat the items that were already being prepared.

I stayed at this hotel from March 21st to March 23rd and I can guarantee it was excellent. I was accompanied by my two daughters, including a 2-year-old. All the service, from WhatsApp onwards, was excellent. The hotel seems to be under renovation, so the rooms were newly renovated, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was good, we arrived and the sheets were cleaned and changed as soon as you left. (just clean under the bed, my baby dropped a toy and when I looked it was actually quite dirty), but it doesn't change our excellent experience. The location is great, one block from the beach and with restaurants, bars nearby, and a small fruit and vegetable market in front. The place is very lively, which allowed us to go out at night with peace of mind. The breakfast is simple, but with options of fruits and juices, which is good. There is a kitchenette in the reception area with a microwave that helped me a lot to prepare the baby's bottle. The gentleman at reception was very helpful, very kind, as I was moving to Natal with a lot of luggage and he helped me. Thank you very much. The plus is the popcorn machine that is in the reception area as a courtesy, my daughter loved it! I arrived at the airport in the early morning, the hotel is nearby and they recommended a reliable driver, ask for Mr. Fábio's service! Super professional, as we were just women and a child, this makes all the difference when you arrive at night, which made the experience more pleasant. We will come back more often!

My experience was very good. Positive points: All departments have excellent staff, the cleaning was daily and very good, the internet connection is impeccable, the location is excellent, the room I stayed in was quiet, I didn't have a single problem, the breakfast is very good, especially the coconut cake, etc. Negative points: I just want to point out the following: all the cheese bread was dry and hard. And a thin, bespectacled attendant, whose name I don't remember, stated that the hotel doesn't have an extended checkout period, nor a fee option, and also didn't offer luggage storage until flight time if we wanted it. Can the managers confirm this information?

We liked the service at reception, very attentive and friendly. We arrived on Saturday and the bar in front had live music that only ended at midnight. We stayed in room 402 and the activity in the place seemed to be inside the room. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, television, bathroom working perfectly, but a strong musty smell. The breakfast was well served and the staff were friendly. The hotel does not have parking and we felt unsafe leaving it on the street, as it was Saturday, the surrounding area was quite busy. It's good value for money in the area, worth evaluating based on what you're looking for in accommodation.

The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere. I've stayed there more than 5 times and I'll stay there again whenever I need to. The daily rate matches the service offered. The only inconvenience is the lack of parking.
