I've been going to Ariô Spa for a while now, and I feel it's one of those places that goes far beyond its obvious purpose. Yes, it's a space of freedom, pleasure, and fun games 😅 but… for me, it has also become a place to connect with myself.
With each visit, I leave with some new insight, as if the environment also fosters inner listening, a kind of presence that we don't always easily find in our daily lives. It's curious how I can feel good in every corner, from the smoking area to the TV room—spaces where I've even built friendships that I will cherish.
The staff deserves special mention: always very respectful, friendly, and welcoming. There have been minor incidents over time, but I perceive a genuine care in constantly adjusting, improving, and evolving—which makes all the difference.
The environment is clean, organized, and visibly cared for with attention. There's a meticulousness that you can feel in the details. And something that deeply fascinates me is the diversity: different bodies, ages, histories, and expressions coexisting in the same space, in a dynamic that, most of the time, is marked by respect, well-established boundaries, and also by lightness, exchange, and even affection.
It may seem like an exaggeration, but sometimes I feel like it's an extension of my own home—a place where, regardless of any expectations, simply being there already makes me feel good.
One suggestion: improve the aroma with essential oils in the steam sauna.
I wish the Ariô Spa continued success, maintaining and strengthening this space of welcoming, inclusion, and respect. A place of encounter, freedom, connection… and, of course, also pleasure—because that's part of it. But here, it definitely goes far beyond that.
