Very bad, I wouldn't rate it as 4 stars overall, quite ugly, old, poor maintenance and cleanliness. Dark, lacks adequate lighting. Breakfast with plenty of options, but nothing tasty, ugly and tasteless bread. Dinner with very few options, mostly junk food. Horrible pizza, looks like cheap supermarket pizza. The sofa bed is terrible, when opened it's low and uneven, horrible to sleep on and hard. Only the location is good, amenities are reasonable. They brought an old, dirty heater that didn't work. Small and ugly pool. Small but good gym. Pedro at the front desk and Flávio the assistant: excellent service, professionalism and politeness. At breakfast the staff were helpful and polite. I do not recommend it. If you want a good hotel, simply don't go.
Everything was perfect, especially the speed with which they always assisted us.
High-end hotel, great location.
Excellent stay
Excellent service from Pedro. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained.
The hotel has a great location, spacious rooms, and good value for money. Unfortunately, my car was damaged in the parking lot, which I believe is outsourced (Plant Park is the company). They returned it without informing me of the damage, which luckily I saw. When I showed the car to the employee who returned it, he replied that it hadn't happened there, which I questioned. He called another attendant, who only wanted me to write down his number to wait and see what the next steps would be, after checking the entrance cameras and confirming that the car was indeed not returned damaged. I requested some kind of statement about the handling of the situation, and he finally gave me an official damage and loss report to fill out. He informed me that because it was the middle of a holiday, we would only continue on Monday (June 8th). I hope they really resolve this, as it was very unpleasant.
