It was great, it was my first time and I really enjoyed it, congratulations. I have no complaints. I've been there several times before, and everything is great, but today I'd like to suggest adding showers in some bathrooms for hygiene. And some air freshener in the dark rooms.

The service is terrible, the receptionist always seems grumpy. Inside, I always find cockroaches... The pool always smells like urine. The hot tub under the stairs has been seen several times with FECES floating in the water, that's right, FECES. The rooms are never clean, mattresses are torn, doors are broken, and a bad smell permeates the entire sauna. I believe it's not just about making money, it's about starting with excellent service from the reception, with at least friendly and polite people. And investing in the place, we deserve much more!!!

The place is nice, but dirty. I arrived at 2 PM, right at opening time. In the heated pool, there were two open condom wrappers floating. Shortly after, a used condom with semen on it was floating there. I complained to the doorman, who told me to speak to the owner. I said I was leaving without paying. He agreed. I could understand if this happened occasionally at 4 PM, but at opening time it's unacceptable.

The place is spacious and easy to get to. It's relatively close to the Clínicas metro station. I went on Sunday and it was very interesting. I won't post photos to protect people's privacy.

The employee was arrogant; if you didn't say good afternoon, he wouldn't give you the towel. I didn't even mention it to the owner, Mr. Eduardo, who is very friendly.
