Excellent in every way!! Carmen is a great hostess
There couldn't be a more wretched place... Our delegation stayed at this hostel, and it was the worst experience of our lives.... The woman, Carmen, is incredibly rude and ill-mannered, and unfortunately, she interfered in matters that weren't her responsibility as the owner of the hostel.... She used foul language towards the girls (calling them dirty and smelly, for example) as well as towards the accompanying guardians.... The rooms we were assigned had windows, and the ones with windows were blocked.... There was cat feces behind the doors, and the same cats were on the tables when they weren't being used. The ceiling was damp and leaky.... In short, it's definitely not a place fit to receive guests.... It's very unfortunate, especially since she worked so hard to ruin her hostel.
They gave us one rate and charged us double.
The place is well located but it lacks cleanliness
